Eligibility

Redmond residents who - Have a utility account registered in their name AND - Must reside in a living unit that has a use classification of single-family residential AND - Have household income at or below 50% of the Area Median Income AND - Age 62 or older OR - Age 18 or older who have been found to be disabled by any state or federal program.
