Eligibility

No Restrictions.  Washington state law says parental consent is not required at any age for family planning services such as birth control, pregnancy testing, and STD Testing and Treatment services.

Hours

8am to 5pm on Mondays and Wednesday through Friday and 9am to 5pm on Tuesdays

Application process

Call for an appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes early for appointment to update registration.

Offers discounted fee schedule based on income verification.   Accepts Medicare, WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and most insurance.
