Eligibility
Pregnant or up to 24 months postpartum women who used alcohol/drugs heavily or took Methadone or Suboxone as prescribed during pregnancy.
Women may be eligible if they
- Have a child diagnosed with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD)
- Are currently using alcohol/drugs, and are in their childbearing years

Offers an evidence‐based home visitation case management for pregnant and parenting women with substance use disorders.
- Helps clients access alcohol, drug, and mental health treatment;
- Assures that children are in safe, stable home environments and receiving appropriate health care; to
- Links mothers to community resources that will help them build and maintain healthy, independent family lives; and to
- Prevents future births of children exposed prenatally to alcohol and drugs.
