Transitional Housing offered at Women's Resource Center of North Central Washington's Housing Program

Eligibility
Household must earn 30 percent or less of  the Area Median Income (AMI). Individuals are required to attend resident meetings, participate in self-sufficiency planning with case managers, abstain from using drugs or alcohol and perform chores. Residents are subject to drug and alcohol testing. Must have children under 18; both parents can stay.
Hours
M-F, 9am-5pm.
Application process
Intake is done through a coordinated entry system and must contact the Community Housing Network to access services. Applicants may also complete the assessment online or call 509-436-9086 (Community Housing Network).

There is a monthly program fee.

Focus Population

  • Homeless
Provides transitional housing for families and individuals transitioning out of homelessness. Household are eligible for services up to 24-months, however, starts working with families right away to get them on track to exit onto stable housing as soon as possible. Household must earn 30 percent or less of  the Area Median Income (AMI).
