Low-income, uninsured or underinsured individuals.

4pm to 8pm on Mondays and 9am to 1pm on Fridays

Call the clinic to schedule an appointment.   Wait times for appointments vary.
Fees
$10 donation.   Does not bill patients or insurance, including WA Apple Health (Medicaid) or Medicare. Patients who cannot pay are not turned away.
