Offers an apartment complex for low-income families. Units have two or three bedrooms. Water, sewer and garbage is included in the rent. Also has Washer/Dryer Hook-ups, basket ball court, picnic area and a small playground. Currently no openings, but accepting applications for waiting list, which is about a year to two years long. Applications are posted by the office door, and can be dropped off after hours.
