Eligibility

King County residents who are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, are ineligible for WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and have a referral from a primary care provider.

Hours

8am to 5pm from Monday through Friday

Primary care provider must refer patient through Project Access Northwest.

Provides advanced medical care at no cost by volunteer specialists from Swedish and several other physician groups.   Currently offers the following specialty services for patients who are uninsured or underinsured:

  • Dermatology
  • General surgery
  • Hand surgery

  • Podiatry
Patients must be referred by their primary care physician through Project Access Northwest.
