Provides low-barrier access to safety, resources, and stability for young people experiencing homelessness or housing instability, especially in South King County, where youth resources are limited. Youth can spend their day in a safe, welcoming space, enjoying hot meals, showers, and laundry facilities, as well as activities like homework, arts and crafts, socializing, or setting personal goals.
Case managers are available during drop-in hours to offer support and connect youth with essential resources, including food assistance, bus tickets, and referrals to employment training, educational programs, and mental health or substance use services.
In the evenings, the Daytime Drop-In Center becomes the Overnight Emergency Shelter, providing young adults with a safe, warm place to sleep. Residents can enjoy a hot meal, do laundry, play video games, relax, and rest in a supportive environment.
