- Are ages 60 or older (55+ if American Indian/Alaska Native)
- Have income below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level

Call for details or to sign up during the application period. Applications open each spring. Cards will be awarded by a lottery-based selection process.
Applicants must reapply for the program each year.

Provides low-income older adults with vouchers to purchase unprocessed, locally grown fruits, vegetables, herbs, and honey from authorized farmers markets and farm stores. The program:

- Connects participants to local agriculture
