Helps veterans and their families achieve housing stability, meaningful employment, and long-term self-sufficiency. Offers support, case management, and connections to critical resources. Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Provides outreach, navigation, and case management to low-income veterans and their families who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing housing. Homeless Veterans’ Reintegration Program (HVRP) Helps veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness prepare for, obtain, and retain meaningful employment by providing career services, training, and job placement.
