From Highway 16 take the Tremont/Old Clifton exit.  Turn right onto Tremont St W, then right onto to S Kitsap Blvd.  Turn right onto Pottery Ave.  Located at the corner of Pottery and Lippert Dr.

Services are primarily for children or established adult patients. Other adults accepted on an emergency basis or if an appointment is cancelled.

Description

This clinic offers dental care for all children and for established PCHS medical patients in a patient-centered medical home model. Our dental clinics are located in: Poulsbo, Silverdale, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Key Peninsula, and Belfair. Can only serve non-established adult patients with emergencies.
