Residents of the cities of Carnation, Duvall, Issaquah, Mercer Island, North Bend, Sammamish, Woodinville, and parts of unincorporated King County.

Provides firefighting, rescue, and emergency transportation services to residents.
Accepts newborn babies dropped off by the parent within 72 hours of birth and during hours of operation while fire personnel are present .
The parent shall not be prosecuted, remain anonymous, and will be asked for medical history.
