Description
Provides classes for students who would like to improve their English language skills, earn their high school diploma or GED, or develop essential skills in reading, writing, math, and technology for employment or college-level coursework. English Language Acquisition: Provides English language classes to non-native-English-speaking immigrants, refugees, and citizens. GED Assistance: Offers GED preparation classes in either English or Spanish to help prepare for the GED content-area test. Additionally offers GED testing services. Adult High School Completion: High school diploma program designed for adult learners that encourages lifelong learning and prepares students to transition into I-BEST or other college programs to further training and education or to acquire family-wage jobs. Open Doors: Youth reengagement program for students ages 16-21 who are credit deficient and not expected to graduate on time. Partners with local school districts to provide educational opportunities that are outside of the traditional high school system.
