Eligibility

No restrictions but focuses on serving the American Indian and Alaska Native communities. Washington state law says parental consent is not required at any age for family planning services such as birth control, pregnancy testing, and STD testing and treatment.

Hours

8:30am to 6pm from Monday through Friday

Application process

Call for an appointment. Urgent care patients may be given same-day or next-day appointments. May be able to accept patients without an appointment. Arrive 15 minutes early for the appointment to update registration.

Fees

Offers discounted fee schedule based on income verification.   Accepts Medicare, WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and most insurance.

Offers a range of primary care services for patients of all ages. Services include:

  • School, camp and sports physical exams

  • Care for minor and acute illnesses
  • Chronic disease diagnosis and treatment
  • Sexually transmitted disease diagnosis and treatment, including confidential HIV testing and treatment

Clinic is affiliated with Swedish Medical Center on Cherry Hill Campus.  Same day walk-in clinic available. Two weeks advance notice is required for interpreter services.
