Dental care includes full dental exams, fillings, oral surgery and extractions, scaling/polishing, limited crowns, limited root canals and oral hygiene care.

Call for an appointment.  Please arrive 15 minutes early for appointment to update registration.

Eligibility

American Indian and Alaska Native communities.

Fee

Offers discounted fee schedule based on income verification.   Accepts Medicare, WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and most insurance.

Provides medical, dental, mental health, chemical dependency, outpatient youth services and community education services with a focus on the American Indian and Alaska Native community. Offers maternal and infant health services as well as the WIC program. Additionally provides emergency assistance and safety planning for victims of domestic violence.
