Offers conflict resolution and mediation services designed to strengthen relationships between people and enhance problem-solving skills.   Helps with conflicts such as barking dogs, property maintenance, noisy neighbors, HOA's, Boards, Community disputes. Cannot assist with divorce or parenting plans.    Also offers elder mediation to the Bellevue community and group facilitations.   Training is offered on a yearly basis. Mediators and conciliators are trained volunteers.
