English-speaking adults ages 55 and older. Also serves veterans spouse or domestic partners. Must not be functionally impaired by schizophrenia, schizoid-affective disorder, manic depressive disorder, cognitive impairment, or current substance or alcohol abuse. Serves all of King County.

Catholic Community Services' African American Elders Program

The African American Elders Program serves African American elders in Central and Southeast Seattle and South King County. The program identifies frail, isolated and hard-to-serve African Americans and assists them in accessing and receiving needed social and health services through ongoing case management, support and referrals.
