Eligibility

Residents of Pierce, Yakima, and Kittitas Counties who live at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) who do not qualify for free healthcare but can't afford to buy insurance. Applicants must not have an affordable option for healthcare such as VA coverage, Medicaid, Medicare, disability, and/or insurance via their employer. Evaluates eligibility on an individual basis and may request further details.

Hours

M-F, 9am-4pm.

Application process

You must be referred by a health insurance navigator or partnered Broker. Must pass an initial screening to ensure the applicant fulfills the necessary eligibility criteria.

Fees

Premiums are fully sponsored by PCPA (at no cost to the member); however, the member must cover the deductible, co-pays and any other out-of-pocket expenses, including prescriptions.
