Provides HUD subsidized housing for families.   Rent is calculated at 30% of gross income.   Water, sewer and garbage are included in the rent, tenant is responsible for electric, telephone and cable.   Units range from 1-3 bedrooms.   Four of the units are wheelchair accessible.   Also has 2 laundry rooms, a rec room with full kitchen, fenced playground. Current wait list 2-5 years long, depending on unit size.
