WA State DSB is located on the 8th floor of the Paulsen Center. Please call 509-456-4458 if you need help reaching our office.

You may qualify for the Independent Living Program if you are at least 24 years old or older and have vision loss or blindness impacting your ability to live independently in your home. The Independent Living Program is for people who are not employed, seeking employment, in school, or planning to go to school.
