Complete the Court Facilitator Appointment Request form, and a facilitator will respond by text message to schedule an appointment.

Fees

$20 fee.

Service area

Stevens, WA Ferry, WA
Assists self-represented parties in family law, minor guardianship, and related matters. Helps participants better understand court procedures and prepare the materials needed for their case by identifying forms and procedures to schedule a hearing or bring a motion, including for:
  • Temporary parenting plans
  • Child support or spousal support
  • Temporary family law orders
  • Motion for Default/Service by mail
  • Appointment of a guardian ad litem or court investigator
  • Immediate restraining orders
  • Emergency minor guardianship matters
Facilitators do not represent parties, do not act as attorneys, and do not create an attorney/client relationship or attorney/client privilege
