Provides adult refugees and immigrants with structured English instruction and tutoring to improve reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. The program includes language proficiency assessment, placement in appropriate ESL classes through partner colleges, and individualized tutoring support. Instruction is designed to support participants' daily life, employment readiness, and community engagement, delivered by culturally and linguistically informed staff.
