Jubilee Women's Center
Transitional (communal) housing program focusing on employment readiness for women experiencing poverty and homelessness. Jubilee’s holistic program gives you the time and resources to heal and rebuild your life. The program includes case management, skill-building classes/workshops, contributing to community (chores, meetings), and an expectation that you will work/go to school/volunteer at least 20 hours/week. The housing program is a maximum of 2 years; the goal in that time period is self-sufficiency: securing your own permanent housing and a stable income. Drop-in services available (by appointment) for our clothing boutique, computer lab, and community referrals are open to any woman.
