Eligibility
Individuals 18 and older who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes or are at high risk for developing type 2 diabetes.
Hours
5am to 8pm from Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm on Saturdays, and 12pm to 4pm on Sundays

Class series helps participants adopt the healthy habits needed to prevent Type 2 diabetes. Trained lifestyle coaches lead classes to help participants make better food choices, increase physical activity and learn coping skills to maintain weight loss and healthy lifestyle changes.
