Find A Doctor Locator Tool offered by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services

Provides an online locator tool and phone line for finding approved physicians (civil surgeons) to conduct immigration medical exams. Medical examinations are typically required for adjustment of status cases (green card). The doctor will test for communicable diseases, such as tuberculosis and syphilis, and will also check your records to see if you need any vaccinations. The exam must be done by a doctor who is authorized by US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Military physicians are authorized to perform immigration medical exams at a military treatment facility within the US for veterans, members of the military, and designated dependents. It may be helpful to call a few civil surgeons to find out how much they charge for the immigration medical examination. Prices can vary by several hundred dollars.
