Application process

Call to schedule a worker or visit website. Employers may also come to the Worker Center during service hours to pick up workers, but it is recommended to call ahead to ensure availability. To become a member and obtain work, call for the latest orientation schedule.

Fees

Hourly wages will fluctuate depending on the type of work, the skills required, and the difficulty. Average wage is generally $25 per hour, but could differ depending on the job. Requires a 4 hour minimum for any job. No discounted or subsidized services.

Operates a Worker Center where day laborers can be hired for projects such as yard work, moving, cleaning, painting, construction, etc. Day laborers are people of all trades and experiences. Voz has a bilingual dispatch team that ensures that workers are prepared and qualified for the job. Anyone who hires workers through the Worker Center is considered their employer, and must provide all the tools and materials necessary for the job.
