Provides sleeping bags and/or tents to individuals in need. (Only 1 per 6 months. And some cases, 1 per year.) Mission will also take a photo and date of birth if individual is not already in the system. Only one tent and certain sleeping bags are given to an individual per year. Sometimes, the Mission will receive sleeping bags or tents through other donations. Those items can be given to an individual once every 6 months.
