Disabilities & Health Conditions

General Disabilities

The Community Center is more than just a day program, it’s a vibrant space where individuals with disabilities are supported, celebrated, and empowered. We offer weekday programming for adults over 18 with intellectual or developmental disabilities and other life barriers, providing meaningful opportunities for social engagement, skill-building, and personal growth. A subprogram of our Community Center is Nexus Youth Club, an afterschool respite program for youth with disabilities. Both programs are DDCS respite-supported.
