Administers Medicaid in-home services, non-Medicaid, and other community services. These services empower older adults and people with disabilities with the resources necessary to remain in their own homes. Programs include Senior Information and Assistance, Medicaid/non-Medicaid case management and Medicaid/non-Medicaid in-home care, Family Caregiver Support Program (including Kinship Care), Senior Nutrition Program, Legal Services, Senior Transportation, Long Term Care Ombudsman and Gatekeeper Programs.
