Tilikum provides a resource and service center that includes ASL/deaf culture resource library, special equipment store, public video phone, internet/computer access, and host events, workshops, presentations, and a monthly legal clinic. Also offers a variety of services through their community programs, including deaf senior citizen social groups, education and training, business meetings, ASL classes, craft classes, workshops, and case management which includes advocacy, communication assistance, peer counseling, and housing assistance.
