Operates a clinic providing addiction medicine services. mental healthcare/recovery support, and integrative primary care. Patients will meet with an RN/MD to undergo a brief evaluation prior to be connected to MOUD services. MOUD Treatments Offered: Buprenorphine, Subutex, Long-Acting Buprenorphine weekly and monthly options (Sublocade XR and Brixadi XR), Naltrexone (Vivitrol). Counseling is not required to receive medications. Counseling is available. Pregnant patients are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
