General community health clinic provides preventative care, diagnosis and treatment: - Care for all adult illnesses - Preventive health counseling and routine health exams - Birth control services - Sexually transmitted disease treatment and counseling - Chronic disease management for such diseases as high blood pressure, diabetes and HIV - Immunizations - Nutrition counseling - Behavioral health counseling for patients referred by one of our providers - Case management and care services for people with HIV/AIDS

Sliding fee scale starts at $20. Accepts Medicare, WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and insurance. No one will be turned away due to inability to pay. An eligibility specialist is available to assist with health insurance applications.
