Elderly or disabled homeowners who have a nuisance violation on their property and who are eligible for the senior/disabled discount rate through Tacoma Public Utilities (TPU). Households are eligible for the reduced rate if: - They live alone, or act as the head of the household - are 62 years of age or older OR receive a disability income - Reside in the home full-time - Household monthly income is at or below: - - $1,561 for a household of 1 - - $2,114 for a household of 2 - - $2,666 for a household of 3 - - $3,219 for a household of 4 - - $3,771 for a household of 5 and - - $4,324 for a household of 6.
