Fees

Provides service regardless of ability to pay or insurance status. Eye exams and refraction are at a flat rate for those without insurance, starting at $40 and capped at $120 (depending on income and family size). Accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicaid. Patient is responsible for any overages or services not covered by the specific plan.
