Eligibility

To become a Foster Care Giver, you must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, pass a background check, meet income requirements, be up to date on vaccinations and be committed to keeping Native children culturally connected.

Hours

9am to 5pm from Monday through Friday

Focus Population

  • American Indian/Alaska Natives
Provides home recruitment, licensing, placement and support services for foster children and families. Services offered include foster home licensing, advocacy for caregivers, ongoing training, resource referrals, case aid services, cultural activities and Foster Support Night events.
