Pro Bono Lawyer Referral offered at Blue Mountain Action Council (BMAC)

Eligibility

For individuals with civil legal needs in landlord tenant, contract, consumer, or family law issues who meet the income guidelines. Cannot call BMAC directly for services, MUST have a referral from (CLEAR) Northwest Justice Project's attorney hotline to access free legal services.

Hours

8:30am to 5pm from Monday through Thursday and 8:30am to 4pm on Fridays

Application process

To apply for services, the individual must live in Walla Walla or Columbia County and call CLEAR (Northwest Justice Project) for a referral.

Fees

Document fees are minimal; can be waived.
