Eligibility
Washington, Idaho, and Oregon residents of all ages with disabilities of all types including older adults with age-related functional limitations.   Family members and employers also are eligible.
Hours
9am to 5pm from Monday through Friday

Interest rate is 5% for assistive technology loans and home modification loans, and can vary for adapted vehicle loans, and can vary for adapted vehicle loans and home modification loans.

Provides low-interest loans to people with disabilities for purchases of assistive technology including:
  • Durable medical equipment (wheelchairs, hearing aids, patient lifts, etc.)
  • Adaptive technology
  • Home and vehicle access modifications and equipment (adapted vehicles, smart home technology, computers, widening of doorways, etc. )
  • Dentures
Also helps callers locate other funding sources. Assistive technology loan terms are up to five years with a 5% interest rate. Home modification loan terms are up to 10 years with a 5% interest rate. Adapted vehicle loan terms are up to 10 years with an interest rate that can vary. Loan amounts are up to $25,000 for assistive technology and up to $60,000 for home modification and adapted vehicle loans. There are no fees to apply or for early payoff.
