Advises the Mayor, City Council, and city departments on issues that impact people with disabilities in Seattle. Acts as a liaison between people with disabilities and city government; recommends policy and legislation.   Promotes programs that ensure social, legal and economic equality for people with disabilities. Identifies issues and advocates for equal participation for all people with disabilities.
