Provides financial assistance to assist with utility bills and heating costs. Can assist with various heat types including: Electric, Natural Gas, Oil, Propane, Pellets, Energy Logs, and Heat included in Rent Costs. Appointments available October 1 - July 31 or until funds run out. Screens clients for multiple programs.
