Provides a safety net for children involved in the child welfare system by ensuring their developmental and social-emotional needs are identified and addressed. It also strengthens relationships so that parents and caregivers can better work together for their child’s success. Kindering Center
Provides comprehensive early support (aka early intervention) services for children with developmental delays, disabilities and risk factors and their families, delivered at campuses in Bellevue, Bothell, Renton and Redmond, as well as in homes and community locations. Programs include physical, occupational and speech therapies; special education; preschool; infant mental health; and parent/caregiver and sibling support and education. Special programs offered for children in out-of-home-care, families experiencing homelessness and immigrants/refugees. Kindering serves all families, regardless of financial means.
