Eligibility is based on household income. The gross income received by all members of the household must be at or below 150% of the federal poverty level for LIHEAP. The other funds may have different income requirements.

Can fill out an online form and update documents to make the appointment go faster. - Phones will open at 7 am. - Appointments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. - Callers will be asked pre-qualifying questions to determine eligibility. - Callers will be asked to provide required documentation to establish eligibility at the time of the appointment. - When calling in, please follow instructions so timely service can be provided. - The program usually begins in September or October and continues until all funds are committed. Those who have no heat may call at any time to see if there are appointments available.
