A weatherization program to assist individuals who are in need and meet the qualifications. Housing staff schedules an energy audit to assess the needs. Uses state of the art diagnostic equipment and a computerized tool to develop a scope of work usually consisting of insulation, air sealing, and some health and safety items. Pacific Power and Cascade gas are funding source for this service along with state and federal sources of grants. Homeowner and rental units with landlord permission
