Focuses on educating and informing the community about intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and related services in Okanogan County, including subcontracting and oversight of Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) Supported Employment and Community Inclusion programs; and the Parent to Parent program for parents of children with special needs.

The mission is to provide holistic behavioral health services that promote wellness and sustain recovery in Okanogan County, including: 24/7 crisis support and outpatient treatment for mental health and substance use; child and adolescent services, including the WISe program; Shove House Therapeutic Supportive Housing; and the Highland Center drop-in recovery support center available to any interested community member at no cost. OBHC is a 501C3 nonprofit organization.
