Household income at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Level. Clients may be assisted once in a 12-month period.

Application process
Call for more information. On the 25th of each month the lottery will open at 9am and applicants must submit their applications for the lottery via our website. The application will close once slots are full and most likely this will be the same day it opens. They will be informed via email whether they received a slot or not. They may enter the lottery each month until they are selected.
