Offers a web-based screening service to help adults ages 18 and older, older adults and adults with disabilities learn about public and private benefits.   Users answer a short, confidential questionnaire and receive a personalized report describing all appropriate programs and how to apply.   Provides up-to-date information on more than 1,200 prescription, housing, food, energy assistance, tax, financial, employment and other benefit programs by ZIP code.
