Eligibility
Pregnant people, new and breast and chest feeding parents, infants, and children under age 5 who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and who have a nutrition risk.
Must live in one of the tribal communities of Chehalis, Nisqually, Skokomish, Squaxin Island, or Shoalwater Bay.
