The Center for Active Living supports our community’s physical, emotional and mental health. From fitness classes and foot care clinics to emotional support groups and dance classes, we provide a holistic approach to keeping yourself healthy as you age. Typical fitness class offerings include: Balance & Strength; Enhance Fitness; Gentle Chair Yoga; Get Moving!; Hatha Yoga; Meditation; Rejuvenating Yoga; Tai Chi; Yoga for Strong Bodies, Strong Bones Typical health and wellness services include: Foot Care clinics; Haircuts
