Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) offered at OIC of Washington in Moses Lake
Provides emergency assistance with overdue water bills for low-income households in Adams, Grant, and Upper Yakima County. Households may receive one crisis grant for drinking water service and one crisis grant for wastewater service, up to $2,500.

LIHWAP may be available for low-income families that have an emergency situation and are in jeopardy of losing water service. Crisis situations include: - Past-due water bills - Termination of utility service - Danger of having utility service terminated (received a notice that service will be shut off within the next 60 days)
