Single adults, parents with children, families, and teens.

Provides safe warm beds to stay overnight for people in need during severe weather events. The shelters will open if any of the following conditions are met: - If temperatures are expected to be at or below 32 degrees for four or more hours and one or more successive days and/or - If snow accumulation is expected to exceed one inch or more for more than two days and/or - If there are two or more successive days of one inch or more of rain. - If 1.5 inches or more of rainfall is anticipated on a single day. - If high wind warnings are issued. - If a single day of ineligible criteria is preceded by two or more days of confirmed activation and followed by at least one day of confirmed activation.
