Provides vocational rehabilitation services for veterans with a service-connected disability. Conducts evaluation to establish eligibility and entitlement. Educational and vocational counseling assists in selection of an educational or vocational goal. Develops vocational rehabilitation plan and provides for payment of training fees and counseling. Also offers placement and follow-up services.
